Project Design
We turn measurements into technical drawings and finalise profile, glass, hardware and installation details before production.
The measurements taken during the survey are turned into a workable technical solution at the design stage. The layout of the system, number of sashes, opening direction, glass thickness and connection details are all defined here.
What is defined during design
- Profile series, glass type and hardware selection
- Sash layout, opening direction and control type
- Fixing to the structure, waterproofing and drainage details
- Colour and surface finish (anodised or electrostatic powder coating)
An approved solution
The proposed solution is shared with you and revised where needed, after which the production list is prepared. Production therefore starts from a clear, agreed design.

Manufacturing
We cut, machine and assemble every system in our own workshop to project-specific dimensions, ready for installation.
Installation
Our own installation team fits every system on site and hands it over with waterproofing and adjustments completed.
